Kasey and Mitch’s engagement shoot was WONDERFUL. We took pictures at Vaughan Woods in Hallowell, Maine and had a great sunset session. I thought it was cute that they told me “Sorry, we are really awkward to photograph,” because that was clearly not the case! Thank you both for being so fun and down to earth! I can’t wait for your wedding next year!
I met Lindsay and Shane a year ago during their Maternity session, while Lindsay was pregnant with Gage. They both were so easy going and fun to photograph, so I was very happy when Lindsay asked me to do family photos for them this year! I was so excited to meet Gage, and as you can see he is ADORABLE. Thank you both so much I love seeing your sweet family grow!
Jasmine and Elias’ wedding took place at the Stone Manor in Orono, ME. I loved every little detail Jasmine put in to her day. There were flowers in every nook and cranny and I loved her table arrangements with the gold touches. I’ve known Jasmine for a while now, and it makes my heart warm to see how happy she is.
The ceremony was short and sweet, and we were off to the Littlefield Garden on the UMaine Campus for pictures. Dinner and speeches(very funny ones from the groom’s brother and maid of honor) were followed by a very lively reception thanks to the jamming live band they had playing. The band played all kinds of hits from ACDC to Bruno Mars- they were great! I loved all the energy this wedding had! Thank you both so much!
Riley and Mike had their wedding at a gorgeous venue in Dayton, ME. The property was scenic with old trees and wild flowers and nicely manicured gardens. There was a farmhouse, where the ladies got ready, a lovely backyard with a pond where the ceremony happened, and a rustic old barn where the reception took place.
The weather was absolutely perfect for the ceremony and Riley glowed in the sun as she walked down the isle. Friends and family rejoiced and gathered in and around the barn for cocktail hour. Toasts, dinner and dancing began shortly after. It was such a fun dance group and the dance floor was packed! Guests were either dancing or hanging out by the fire pits just outside the barn, but the barn doors were open so all the action could be seen. Towards the end of the night one of Riley’s friends got on the microphone and sang “September” by Earth, Wind and Fire. It was special because their wedding was on the ‘21st night of September’! Thanks guys for letting me be a part of your day!

Kaitlyn and Billy got married in northern Maine at Bradford camps, on Munsungan Lake. It’s an off-the-grid, lakeside lodge/camp deep in the woods. It’s an adventure to get there, but so worth it!
The Bradford Camps property has 8 beautiful cabins and a a main lodge that overlooks the lake. Docks line the shore with plenty of boats for visitors to take fishing. The owners Karen and Igor, and their wonderful staff take absolutely great care of you!
Kaitlyn and Billy’s wedding day started out rainy, but when it was time to do hair and make up the sun started to come out like it knew something special was going to happen that day. I love how they chose to have a small wedding. It made the day feel more intimate with just their close friends and family there. After the beautiful ceremony and cute photos with friends and parents, Billy took Kaitlyn to a spot where he had a surprise waiting. Prior to the wedding, Billy had taken apart the dock floor boards from where he and Kaitlyn shared their first kiss, and brought them to the wedding, in a secret spot arranging them into a square floor shape where he had roses (in the shape of a heart) waiting. Kaitlyn was so surprised! It was such a sweet touch.
After pictures it was time to gather in the main lodge for a delicious meal, with emotional toasts from the best man and maid of honor. Afterwards everyone gathered for drinks and fun around the fire on the beach by the lake!
Thank you Kaitlyn and Billy for such a lovely wedding that I was so happy to be a part of!
I love growing with my clients! Hannah and Lucas reached out to me a few years ago to do their engagement photos, and they picked Thuya Gardens in Northeast Harbor to do there shoot. Since then, I’ve photographed their wedding and done a puppy shoot when they got their dog. So when Hannah asked me to do a Maternity session I absolutely said YES. She suggested Thuya Gardens again and I think it was the perfect idea! Thank you both for continuing to work with me and trusting me to capture these special moments in your life. Can’t wait for future shoots with the little one!
Alicia and Richard got married at Fairytale Gardens & Weddings, It was a beautiful rustic barn wedding that I LOVED.
I’ve know Alicia for a while now we both use to work in the restaurant world together, her and Richard were one of the first couples I have ever photographed. Since I know them both, I was so happy when they asked me to capture their big day! Their day was easy to capture, lots of, love smiles and HUGS and beautiful flower and decor and lots of moves on the dance floor!
Thank you both so much! I loved being apart of you special day!
Last winter, Paul decided he wanted to take his then girlfriend Sarah on a little vacation getaway. Through their search efforts they stumbled upon Point Lookout, in Northport, Maine. They were instantly excited to head north to Maine from their home state of Massachusetts. Little did Sarah know that Paul was planning on proposing to her on the trip!
At the resort they stayed in Cabin 43. It was there that Paul asked the big question. After the surprise, while still on their vacation, they decided to head a little more north and spend a day in Bar Harbor, to experience the beautiful town. They ended up at a restaurant called Geddy’s, which just so happened to be the place I worked for many Summers over the years! During some conversation they decided to ask the Bartender if she knew any local Photographers. I’m fortunate they threw my name out there, because now here we are!
When planning their wedding, Sarah and Paul decided to get married at Point Lookout and stay in Cabin 43 again! I do feel like I bond with all my couples but with these two it was so incredibly easy. They made me feel like I gained new friends. They were great to work with and they are wonderful people!
Sarah and Paul had a perfect wedding day. The weather cooperated and everything went smooth! Sarah was looking so beautiful and had an emotional first look with her dad. Paul crafted his own boutonnieres for him and his groomsmen- a very special touch!
When walking down the isle, Paul was overtaken with emotion and the tears were flowing. It even made me cry. The ceremony was beautiful and sweet. We snuck away to cabin 43 afterwards, to take some pictures where it all started and to also get some pictures with their pups. We returned to the reception just in time for the perfect sunset! The best man and maid of honor’s speeches also made me cry, and I could truly feel how their friends were so happy and how they loved them so much. When it was time to dance, the crowd did not disappoint! Such a fun, energetic group!
Thank you both so much for choosing me. I am so happy that you ended up at Geddy’s that day. I feel blessed to have met you both, but even more blessed to have captured this special day in your life!
Ivy and Kyle’s lakeside wedding took place at Maine Lakeside cabins in Caratunk, ME. Ivy really took into account many details when it came to her wedding day- the “true” Maine, lakeside setting, the gorgeous floral arrangements, her beautiful sleeved dress and mostly just how to have a good time! Its my favorite feeling when I get to share special moments like these, where you can feel the tears, the laughs and most of all, the love! Thank you guys for choosing me to capture your big day!
I LOVE ADVENTUROUS COUPLES! These two were awesome! They climbed trees, played around in the ocean waters and explored all of Wolfe’s Neck State Park with me. Thank you both for a wonderful engagement session I cannot wait for your wedding next year!
Becca and Ryan won a photo session with me this pass winter! We decided to do there session at Mackworth Island! They both were so fun and easy going and we had the perfect golden hour! Thank you guys for a great session!
CAIT AND COREY ARE GETTING MARRIED TOMORROW! Cait is my boyfriend’s sister, so she is basicly my sister too. Cait and Corey opened up their home to Chris and I last year and watching their love grow has been wonderful-how they work on the house together, how they love and care for the dogs, how they help and encourage each others businesses, all while living a spontaneous, adventurous life is inspiring and it’s what true relationships are all about. I know Cait and her family have been through a lot since I have known them and to see Cait this happy makes ME happy. She deserves it and I am so happy she has found Corey! I love you both! NOW LETS CELEBRATE!
I love when I have history with my clients. Katie and I went to school together and use to play Basketball since I could remember. She was always having me laughing and it was so easy to bond with her. I knew Paul growing up as well, he played basketball with the boys who were my friends growing up. He was always so nice and easy to talk to. I knew when these two started dating that they were going to fall in love.
When I first stated doing photography, they were one of my first couples I photographed. Fast forward a few years later to them being engaged and Katie reaching out about photographing their wedding there was no question in my mind that I would do this for them!
Their wedding beautiful wedding was at Silver oaks. I loved the barn and the rustic vibe it had. Their flowers, succulent plants, and candles were so dreamy on the tables. Katie looked gorgeous, she wanted a first look with her dad, which brought her, him and I into tears. Her and Paul decided to read there vows in private instead of during the ceremony, It was the perfect moment for them that gave me chills. The rest of the day went perfectly with a beautiful ceremony and fun reception!
Thank you both so much for making me apart of this day! I am so happy for both of you!
Sophia and Gabe’s wedding took place in Old Sturbridge Village in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Old Sturbridge Village is an outdoor living history museum based in the 19th-century with costumed historians at work on the farm, in trade shops and historic homes. The village was a beautiful backdrop for a wedding, with green gardens, farm animals, horse-drawn carriages and rustic old-wood buildings. I loved that Sophia and Gabe picked this place for their wedding day. Sophia’s gold wedding dress was custom made by a family friend and it was stunning, but especially unique! It perfectly matched all the colors that the village venue had to offer. The reception was so fun for everyone- I could feel the love and energy in the air! Thank you both for letting me be a part of your day!
Gabby and Zach got married at beautiful Sunday River Resort. With the ceremony looking into the mountains. This group was so fun and full of energy! I could feel Gabby and Zach”s love for each other! Thank you both, so very much!
Nikki and Chase got married on a BEAUTIFUL summer day at Morgan hill event center. Nikki and Chase made my day easy, with how relaxed and fun they were all day! Thank you both for letting me capture your big day! I am so happy for you!
Tatiana and Kyle decided to spend their one year anniversary in Maine. Being from Virginia, they had never been to Maine. They heard good things about Maine from a mutual friend and knew they had to check it out! Of course we had to do their shoot in Acadia national park! I could easily tell how much they appreciated the natural beauty of Maine. Thank you guys both for being so easy to talk to and wanting to adventure around! People like you make my job easy! Happy Anniversary!
Rachel and I grew up together, playing soccer since I can remember! I have done a couple shoots for her in the past as well. When she asked me to do a cake smash I said “absolutely” ! How cute is he!? Nolan made my job very easy! He loved the cake and even shared with his brother at the end! Thank you guys so much! So happy for you and your cute boys! Happy birthday Nolan!
