CAIT AND COREY ARE GETTING MARRIED TOMORROW! Cait is my boyfriend’s sister, so she is basicly my sister too. Cait and Corey opened up their home to Chris and I last year and watching their love grow has been wonderful-how they work on the house together, how they love and care for the dogs, how they help and encourage each others businesses, all while living a spontaneous, adventurous life is inspiring and it’s what true relationships are all about. I know Cait and her family have been through a lot since I have known them and to see Cait this happy makes ME happy. She deserves it and I am so happy she has found Corey! I love you both! NOW LETS CELEBRATE!
I love when I have history with my clients. Katie and I went to school together and use to play Basketball since I could remember. She was always having me laughing and it was so easy to bond with her. I knew Paul growing up as well, he played basketball with the boys who were my friends growing up. He was always so nice and easy to talk to. I knew when these two started dating that they were going to fall in love.
When I first stated doing photography, they were one of my first couples I photographed. Fast forward a few years later to them being engaged and Katie reaching out about photographing their wedding there was no question in my mind that I would do this for them!
Their wedding beautiful wedding was at Silver oaks. I loved the barn and the rustic vibe it had. Their flowers, succulent plants, and candles were so dreamy on the tables. Katie looked gorgeous, she wanted a first look with her dad, which brought her, him and I into tears. Her and Paul decided to read there vows in private instead of during the ceremony, It was the perfect moment for them that gave me chills. The rest of the day went perfectly with a beautiful ceremony and fun reception!
Thank you both so much for making me apart of this day! I am so happy for both of you!
Sophia and Gabe’s wedding took place in Old Sturbridge Village in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Old Sturbridge Village is an outdoor living history museum based in the 19th-century with costumed historians at work on the farm, in trade shops and historic homes. The village was a beautiful backdrop for a wedding, with green gardens, farm animals, horse-drawn carriages and rustic old-wood buildings. I loved that Sophia and Gabe picked this place for their wedding day. Sophia’s gold wedding dress was custom made by a family friend and it was stunning, but especially unique! It perfectly matched all the colors that the village venue had to offer. The reception was so fun for everyone- I could feel the love and energy in the air! Thank you both for letting me be a part of your day!
Gabby and Zach got married at beautiful Sunday River Resort. With the ceremony looking into the mountains. This group was so fun and full of energy! I could feel Gabby and Zach”s love for each other! Thank you both, so very much!
Nikki and Chase got married on a BEAUTIFUL summer day at Morgan hill event center. Nikki and Chase made my day easy, with how relaxed and fun they were all day! Thank you both for letting me capture your big day! I am so happy for you!
Tatiana and Kyle decided to spend their one year anniversary in Maine. Being from Virginia, they had never been to Maine. They heard good things about Maine from a mutual friend and knew they had to check it out! Of course we had to do their shoot in Acadia national park! I could easily tell how much they appreciated the natural beauty of Maine. Thank you guys both for being so easy to talk to and wanting to adventure around! People like you make my job easy! Happy Anniversary!
Rachel and I grew up together, playing soccer since I can remember! I have done a couple shoots for her in the past as well. When she asked me to do a cake smash I said “absolutely” ! How cute is he!? Nolan made my job very easy! He loved the cake and even shared with his brother at the end! Thank you guys so much! So happy for you and your cute boys! Happy birthday Nolan!
Kali and Billy’s wedding took place at The Lucerne Inn, in Dedham, Maine. It was a beautiful and clear spring day. We couldn’t have asked for better weather. This wedding was so special to me and made me appreciate what I do even more than ever. Kali is originally from Nebraska and Billy from here in Maine, although they currently live together in Minnesota. They met while in college at Gallaudet University for the education of the deaf and hard of hearing. It was an amazing experience for me to work in an environment where there was a communication barrier. When Kali asked me where we could do a “first look,” I knew sunset rock would be the perfect place. When Kali saw it for the first time her face said it all-I knew she loved it! There was such a genuine group of people at the wedding. Everyone was so kind and easy to work with, from the guests to Lucerne Inn staff to the videographers (Chris and Thomas you guys rock)-I couldn’t have asked for a better day to start off this wedding season! Thank you Kali and Billy so much for letting us be a part of your day!
This engagement shoot for Jasmine and Elias took place in Acadia National Park. I knew this was going to be a fun and easy session since I have known Jasmine for a long time now. We worked at a restaurant together years ago, and one of the first weddings I ever shot was her mothers! Jasmine and I have hiked together before, so I knew she would be up for a short hike to get photos on top of a mountain! Thank you both so much I can’t wait for your wedding in September!
Shannon is a highly motivated fitness Instructor at TULA studios in South Portland, Maine! You should also follow her on Instagram (@Irelandsdesign). She coaches fitness challenges, one of which I am currently participating in right now, and I love it! Thank you Shannon for helping me push myself through the fitness program and for the encouragement with photography! You are a great friend and I am so happy with your journey!
Kayla and Mitchell are one of the coolest couples I have photographed, since Kayla had the neat idea to go Ice Fishing for their session! I haven’t been Ice fishing since I was a kid, so I was super excited to go! I met them at Maces Pond and Kayla came to shore to pick me up on their Snowmobile. Once we were at the spot, Mitchell dug some fresh holes and set up the flags. Ice Fishing is definitely a waiting game, but with a little patience we finally caught one! Its hard to get outside sometimes in the freezing, snowy winter months in Maine, but Ice Fishing is a very peaceful activity and it feels great to be out on the Ice. We even saw an Osprey flying around looking for discarded fish! Thanks guys for taking me along, I hope we go again!
Carmen is a bada** woman! This day was probably the coldest day, but she toughed it out and killed it with her yoga moves! I would really love to do more sessions like this guys! Thank you Carmen, as always for an awesome time!
Sarah and Michael’s session was very windy and chilly being on the coast, but these guys were troopers and killed it! I loved how natural they were in front of the camera! Sarah is also a photographer so we snapped some shots of her with her camera. Thanks guys for an awesome shoot, I loved meeting you both!
Gabby and Zach’s session was a perfect winter morning with some sunshine- a photographers dream to shoot in. They were so cute and loving and then of course their puppers were such pretty dogs. What a wonderful day! Thanks guys! Can’t wait for your wedding in June!
Little baby Landon! I don’t normally do newborn photos but when Taniele asked me I had to! I am so, so thankful for her and her family for all the shoots we have done together! She always makes my job so easy with all her props and cute outfits she has ready. I can not wait for future shoots with little Landon and the whole family! Thank you as always guys!
I met up with Shannon, Jordan and their daughter Nora on a cold winter morning but it didn’t slow us down! I loved seeing the happiness between them and Nora’s cute little faces. I’ve known Shannon for a long time- from playing hoops when we were kids to being friends throughout our school days. We had some great times in high school and she always knew how to make me laugh! Having known Shannon for so long and seeing her so happy with her little family now makes me feel very fortunate to be able to capture these moments! Thanks guys for a wonderful session!
It’s about time I got these two in front of the camera! I wanted to do a lifestyle session with these guys not only to display Corey’s cooking skills but do it in, and show off their new kitchen! It was a fun, laughter-filled morning making yummy pancakes, both chocolate and blueberry, and ending it all with mimosa cheers! Thanks guys for letting me capture all your love and happiness!
